Official Rules for Cold Call Knockout

Structure

1. Each day of the battle two sellers will go into the virtual ring with a list of cold leads.
2. Sellers will be provided with an auto-dialer to help them call as efficiently as possible.
3. No outside help is allowed, sellers are solely responsible for making their own calls.
4. Sellers will have exactly one hour to secure as many points as they can. Points are earned when a lead agrees to the time and date for a call or meeting or gives the name of a referral. Points will be awarded until the end of the hour. After the hour has ended, sellers can finish their current call, but no points will be awarded.
5. The seller with more points wins the round.
6. At the end of the week, the seller that scored the most points out of any round will be named The Greatest Cold Caller.

Points

Points will be awarded for scheduling a discovery call or meeting, or getting referrals during a call on the following scale:
– Discovery Call – 2 points
– Referral – 2 points per referred lead (one call may yield multiple referrals, points will be awarded for each one)
– Meeting scheduled – 4 points
